Atomic SocialClient Intelligence System
Your call-to-proposal system, branded portal, CRM integration, and Slack-gated approvals — built and live in 3–5 business days.
“from the moment a call ends to the moment the client has a finished proposal in hand”
Where we are. Where we end up.
Right Now
- Post-call proposal work is manual — slow from 'great call' to 'sent.'
- Client data sits in different tools — no single, persistent view of the relationship.
- Outbound communications need your judgment but lack a clean approval gate.
- ICP and service offerings aren't yet written down in a form a system can use.
- Your CRM is the dependency — needs confirming before integration is scoped.
After This Engagement
- Calls turn into finished proposals in your branding, ready for your approval.
- Every proposal, invoice, email, and client record lives in one persistent database.
- Each client gets their own portal on an Atomic Social domain — not a vendor's.
- Nothing leaves Slack without you approving it — intake, proposal, email, invoice.
- A clean, structured client data layer that an AI can actually act on later.
The phases
Two phases, one reason
The build price and the build itself depend on what the scoping call surfaces.
Phase 1 first
The final implementation price and the integration path depend on which CRM Atomic Social runs and how clean the inputs are. Quoting blind would mean revising mid-build.
Phase 2 second
Once we know the stack and have the inputs, 3–5 business days is realistic. Going first would mean either over-quoting to cover unknowns or under-quoting and renegotiating.
2 decisions, not one big one.
You don't commit to the full build until after the scoping call confirms what it actually takes.
A few things to sharpen the call
Answer in the portal, reply by email, or bring them live — whichever is easier. These help us skip the basics and spend the 30 minutes on what matters.
