Pricing is grounded in the value each phase unlocks — discussed at discovery.

— from our discovery

Here's what we're building.

State of Play

Where we are. Where we end up.

Right Now

  • Post-call proposal work is manual — slow from 'great call' to 'sent.'
  • Client data sits in different tools — no single, persistent view of the relationship.
  • Outbound communications need your judgment but lack a clean approval gate.
  • ICP and service offerings aren't yet written down in a form a system can use.
  • Your CRM is the dependency — needs confirming before integration is scoped.

After This Engagement

  • Calls turn into finished proposals in your branding, ready for your approval.
  • Every proposal, invoice, email, and client record lives in one persistent database.
  • Each client gets their own portal on an Atomic Social domain — not a vendor's.
  • Nothing leaves Slack without you approving it — intake, proposal, email, invoice.
  • A clean, structured client data layer that an AI can actually act on later.
Build Plan

The phases

1

Phase 1Confirm & Lock

Scoping Call

Outcome

Final build price, integration plan, and start date locked — so Phase 2 begins without ambiguity.

What we'll do

  • Confirm the CRM Atomic Social is using and how it's set up today.
  • Map the integration surface — what plugs in cleanly, what needs custom work.
  • Walk through your current proposal and intake flow end-to-end.
  • Lock the final implementation price against the $2,500 base anchor.
  • Set the start date and the input checklist Atomic Social needs to send.

Phase 2Build & Launch

Client Intelligence System Build

Outcome

Atomic Social's call-to-proposal system goes live — branded, gated in Slack, and logging the full relationship in one place.

What we'll do

  • Build the call-to-proposal pipeline — call ends, draft proposal lands in Slack for approval.
  • Generate invoices automatically and attach them so clients can pay on the spot.
  • Deploy a dedicated client portal under an Atomic Social domain, branded to Atomic Social.
  • Integrate with your CRM so every proposal, invoice, and email is logged.
  • Wire the Slack approval gates — intake, proposal, email, invoice — nothing goes out without your tap.
  • Stand up the persistent client database — every relationship in one structured, AI-ready place.

Investment

$2,500 base (final number confirmed at Phase 1). $1,250 deposit to start; balance on completion.

Settle deposit to start build
  • * Not included: $149/month maintenance subscription (optional, starts after go-live).
  • * ICP and service-offering consulting available as a separate add-on.
  • * Friday-live possible if ICP, service definitions, and CRM access arrive fast.
Approach

Two phases, one reason

The build price and the build itself depend on what the scoping call surfaces.

Phase 1 first

The final implementation price and the integration path depend on which CRM Atomic Social runs and how clean the inputs are. Quoting blind would mean revising mid-build.

Phase 2 second

Once we know the stack and have the inputs, 3–5 business days is realistic. Going first would mean either over-quoting to cover unknowns or under-quoting and renegotiating.

Investment

2 decisions, not one big one.

You don't commit to the full build until after the scoping call confirms what it actually takes.

Phase 1 — Scoping Call

No charge.

Confirms CRM, integration surface, and final Phase 2 price.

Phase 2 — Client Intelligence System Build

$2,500 base anchor.

Final number locked at end of Phase 1. 50% deposit ($1,250) starts the build; balance on completion.

Optional add-ons

Not part of Phase 2.

$149/month maintenance after go-live. ICP + service-offering consulting if Atomic Social wants help writing those before the build starts.

You see the final number before you commit to it. The scoping call exists so the price is real, not a range.

Book the scoping call

Our booking page shows 15-minute slots by default. Once we review your request, we'll extend the hold to the right length — it's part of how we keep our calendar honest.

Before the call

A few things to sharpen the call

Answer in the portal, reply by email, or bring them live — whichever is easier. These help us skip the basics and spend the 30 minutes on what matters.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

The demo showed what the system does. The scoping call confirms what it takes to build it for Atomic Social specifically — which CRM, which domain, whether your ICP and service docs are ready. It exists so the $2,500 base either holds or gets adjusted with your eyes open, not after we've started.

You see the number before you commit. The deposit isn't taken until after Phase 1 lands a confirmed price. If the integration is more involved than the base case, we'll walk you through exactly why and what the options are — including trimming scope to hold the anchor.

Two paths. Atomic Social writes them internally before the build starts — fastest, cheapest. Or we add a short consulting engagement to produce them — slower but takes it off your plate. Either is fine; the build can't produce sharp proposals without sharp inputs, so we don't skip this.

Maintenance after go-live — keeping the system running, integrations healthy, and small adjustments as your offers evolve. It starts after Phase 2 wraps and is optional. You can also defer it and pick it up later.

Out of scope for this proposal — intentionally. The Client Intelligence System is the foundation: it gets Atomic Social's client data into one structured, AI-usable place. Once that's live and proven, the broader AI OS becomes a real conversation. Build the foundation first; the rest compounds on it.

A 30-minute scoping call, plus delivering ICP + service definitions + CRM access. After that, the build runs in the background and you're only pulled in to approve things in Slack — intake, proposal, email, invoice. That's the whole point of the Slack gate: control without the work.
